RODEO QUEENS/PAGEANTS

A type of portrait photography I have become known for is a specialty area of high quality portraits for pageant contestants...such as rodeo queens. I am pleased to acknowledge that many of “my” rodeo queens have gone on to win numerous pageant titles, scholarships and other prizes over the years. EDITORIAL

Documenting events and occasions as they unfold. Being at the right place at the right time. Sensitivity to subject matter, composition, human emotion, and having the ability to pull all the elements together to create dynamic real life images. These are components of editorial photography. For more than two decades I have been selected by magazines, newspapers, publishing houses, and other entities to cover events from NASCAR to open heart surgery.
